Ingredients:

- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast

- 1 cup warm milk

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1/3 cup butter, softened

- 1 tsp salt

- 2 eggs

- 4 cups all-purpose flour

- For the filling:

- 1 cup brown sugar, packed

- 2 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon

- 1/3 cup butter, softened

- For the glaze:

- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

- 1/4 cup butter, softened

- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm milk and let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the yeast mixture, sugar, butter, salt, eggs, and 2 cups of flour. Mix well until the dough comes together.

3. Gradually add the remaining flour, 1/2 cup at a time, until the dough is smooth and elastic.

4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
